SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR 2015-2016 ACADEMIC YEAR

Award period: AY 2015/16

Award amount - $1500

Must be a currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona student

Must be registered with the Disability Resource Center (DRC)

Must be enrolled in at least 6.1 units

Undergraduate, Credential or Graduate student

Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.7

All Academic Majors

Completed application materials can be submitted electronically via email (drc@csupomona.edu) or mailed to the DRC, attention Dr. Catherine Schmitt Whitaker, Disability Resource Center, Cal Poly Pomona, 3801 W.
